CANCELLATION POLICY

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged a 25% fee. Appointments must be confirmed at least 24 hours prior or may be subject to cancellation. Late Arrivals A 15-minute grace period is provided. After 15 minutes, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled. No-Shows No-shows will be charged 50% of the service total. A deposit may be required for future bookings.
